Unless otherwise specified, we ship all products new in sealed packaging (commonly termed MISB, "Mint in Sealed Box" condition for Cards, New in Retail Packaging for Shields and Protectors). Contents are guaranteed mint upon receipt. We do not guarantee against shelf wear or minor damage to packaging during shipping. Returns based on condition of packaging are covered by our standard return policy and warranty and guarantees and some items are subject to a restocking fee. In cases of major damage to packaging we will specify condition in the item's description or contact the customer for approval before shipment. Valuable collector's items are inspected by our experts to verify mint contents before shipment and receive extra special care & handling by our packagers. All single cards are guaranteed near mint or better (NM/M) condition. Shield and protector packages may get slightly damaged during shipping but the contents will remain in good condition.
