Most items purchased on Pokeshop.com qualify for Free Basic Domestic Shipping on Domestic orders in the United States. This is shown in the checkout process. If you choose a different shipping method, the shipping charge will be based on the weight & destination of your package.

Some packages are extra large and therefore subject to an additional 'oversized package' fee. You will be made aware of this charge, if it does apply, during your checkout.

Estimates below do not apply during busy holiday seasons. Also Saturdays & Sundays are not business days.

• With Free or Standard Shipping your package may take up to 10 business days to arrive
• With Domestic Priority Shipping your package may take up to 6 business days to arrive
• With International Shipping your package may take up to 14 business days to arrive

All orders within the United States ship USPS. Orders being shipped to a military address, P.O. Box, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or U.S. territory address will typically ship via Priority Mail under our discretion. All Priority shipments include delivery confirmation.

Any order placed after 8:00 am EST may not be printed out & processed until the NEXT business day (So, if you place an order on Friday at 10:00am EST or later, it may not be processed until Monday morning). Weekends & Holidays are not counted as business days.

It takes approximately 1 to 2 business days to process your order (with the exception of orders being sent via Express Shipping Methods). Most of our orders are processed the very next business day after you've placed the order however some orders do take longer mainly due to credit card authorization, security issues and high volume.

Orders going to a PO Box or military address, can only be shipped via Priority Mail. While most orders arrive in a very timely manner, shipping times cannot be guaranteed. If you live at a military address overseas, you should still choose the standard delivery options inside the U.S.

Please note that circumstances do arise that are beyond our control, i.e. - extreme weather conditions, lost or misrouted packages due to USPS, as well as credit card authorization problems. In these rare situations, the delivery time can be delayed a bit and expected shipping times are not guaranteed. We do everything within our control to expedite every order.
